HOW IT WORKS:
Once we receive your order I will send you simple directions on how you may obtain prints of your own using a pencil, paper and some sticky tape. You may then either send your prints to me in the post or you may scan them or take a digital photo and send them via the Etsy conversation system
Alternatively, if you already have a fingerprint that you would like to use please do let me know in the 'note to seller' box at checkout and I will send you details on how you may get the prints to me.
CHRISTMAS ORDER DEADLINES FOR ALL PERSONALISED JEWELLERY 2021:
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: must be placed by 13 November, and prints, handwriting or artwork must be supplied BY 20 NOV. AT THE LATEST.
UK ORDERS: must be placed by 1 DEC. at the latest, and prints, handwriting, artwork must be supplied BY THIS TIME.
CURRENT TURNAROUNDS: Once your prints or handwriting samples are received, the turnaround for processing, making and packaging is 2-3 weeks. Shipping to the US and Canada is generally around 2 weeks (we can not be held responsible for holdups at customs), shipping to Europe is between 1-2 weeks and shipping within the UK is generally 1-2 working days.
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

USUAL TURNAROUNDS: current turnaround for processing, making and packaging is between 3-7 working days for non-personalised items and 2-4 weeks for personalised items and custom orders except for personalised gold items which may take 4-6 weeks.
SHIPPING to the US, Australia and Canada is generally around 1-2 weeks, Western Europe between 5-10 days and UK 1-3 business days.
Once you have placed your order, I will send you simple instructions on how to obtain the prints needed to make your jewellery using a pencil, sticky tape and paper. If you already have a print that you would like to use you may take a good quality digital photo of the prints or scan them at a high resolution and send them to me electronically .Please return samples to me within 2 weeks of purchase or receipt of kit (if using one). Samples returned more than 30 days from purchase are subject to a £30 admin charge.

All little Imp Jewellery is made from sterling silver. All silver can tarnish over time but it is easily remedied using a polishing cloth or polishing creams or dips. Chlorine and some lotions and perfumes can also cause silver to tarnish. If your jewellery has been oxidised (darkened) to make the prints/writing/inscriptions/artwork stand out DO NOT POLISH THESE AREAS as this will remove the oxidation. Over time the oxidation may soften to a grey colour. This is normal. Please be aware that as sterling is a soft metal is subject to scratching and as such should be treated with care.
