Returns

Each piece of Little Imp Jewellery is made by hand in our North Hertfordshire studio. We take pride in our work and hope that you will be happy with your jewellery, but, if for any reason you are unhappy with your items, please contact us immediately by emailing us at info@littleimpjewellery.com

Items that have not been worn or are in any way damaged may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Fingerprint jewellery and other personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged. Unless faulty, earrings cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons. 

Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for packages which have been delayed, stolen or lost. It is therefore essential that you pack your items securely and retain tracking details- your items are considered to be in your possession until they have been safely returned to us. It is the responsibility of the buyer to cover the cost of returning the purchased items. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
